Summary: In 2024, our family unexpectedly gained a new dog, Xena, after dog-sitting for friends who relocated. Although still grieving their previous pet, Teddy, we happily welcomed Xena into our home. Despite Xena being deaf, we pamper her with love, treats, and adventures, adapting to her needs with sign language.
